Website strategy
Strategy is the foundation on which all great websites are built! We'll go over your business objectives and goals and implement heatmaps to understand how visitors browse your site.

Design
Once we're clear on strategy, we'll take your branding, images and content and create mockups of selected pages for your Shopify store.

Development
Once you've approved the designs, we'll get to work and start building your store on Shopify!

Testing + Launch
Finally, we will test the store to make sure everything is running smoothly. Then it's time to take flight! We'll launch your new store out into the world.

What do I need to work with you?
For websites, it’s critical that you have professional branding and product/lifestyle photography. People "eat with their eyes" so good photography is crucial for your websites success.
If needed, I am more than happy to connect you with some fantastic professionals who can help you with these steps of the process before we begin.
How soon can we start?
I would love to be able to start working with you ASAP, however my availability varies throughout the year. I recommend reaching out at least 1-2 months in advance of your ideal start date as I only work with 1 web design client at a time.
As soon as you book with me, I'll get you started with onboarding so you can be working on content, photos, and organization so we're ready to roll on the start date.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Every project is different, so we always like to hop on a discovery call to talk about your specific needs first. Then we’ll put together a custom proposal and quote just for you.
That being said, most of my clients invest between 5-12k for a custom Shopify website.
Even if you think your budget is too small, we’d love to help you in the best way that we can! A Shopify Theme Setup may be more appropriate for your stage of growth. We can also discuss payment plans or helping you figure out the next best step to move your business forward.
Can we cut costs with a template?
All Shopify storefronts are based off a template in one form or another. We use a template as a springboard for our designs but it's not the end result.
What makes our websites custom is hours (usually 15 plus!) of development implementing unique styles, new sections, and custom functionality to make your store truly bespoke.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
I know you chose Shopify for a reason - likely because of how easy it is to manage your store and update your website using the theme customizer. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice the ability to update your website just because you want something more custom!
I’ve worked with lots of merchants who come to me frustrated with how inflexible their website is. They need to contact a developer for the smallest of changes!
I pride myself on creating custom sections and templates that are still easy to manage on the backend for you. Custom doesn’t have to mean complicated.
Do you provide training?
You betcha! At the end of the project, I'll provide you with Loom tutorials for how to manage your new Shopify store.
You'll also get 30 days of email support for any questions you may have.
How does payment work?
The total project cost is split into 2 payments. The first payment is due upon booking (to reserve your spot on my schedule) and the final payment is due at project completion just before the website can be delivered. We can discuss alternate payment structures if requested, but a 50% non-refundable booking fee is always required before a project can begin.
